How quickly will I see results?

Most restaurants start seeing measurable wins inside the first 14 days — fewer no-shows, more reviews, and repeat bookings from the birthday club. Most operators recover the snapshot price within 30–60 days.

How long does the install take?

Most operators are live within 24 business hours from when you complete the 15-minute onboarding form. We handle the import, brand swap, and live testing ourselves.

Do I need GoHighLevel before I buy?

Yes — the snapshot installs into a GHL Pro account ($297/mo or higher). If you don't have one, our partner-deal page bundles 2 free months + 30% off the snapshot.

Does this replace my POS or reservation system?

No. It works alongside Toast, Square, Clover, Resy, OpenTable, Tock, and similar tools via documented connectors. The snapshot adds the automation, marketing, and diner-relationship layer those tools don't.

Is the SMS automation TCPA / A2P 10DLC compliant?

Yes. Every workflow ships with TCPA-correct opt-in language, STOP / HELP keyword routing, A2P 10DLC brand-and-campaign registration support, and audit-friendly opt-out logging. Our compliance guide walks through it.

What if I'm a multi-unit operator?

The Full Snapshot supports multi-unit setups out of the box — shared loyalty, gift cards, and review automation across locations, with per-location tagging for analytics. We've shipped to everything from 2-unit cafés to 12-unit pizza groups.

What's the refund policy?

30 days, 100% money-back. If the workflows don't ship as promised, or you decide it's not for you, email us within 30 days and we refund the full amount. Refunds are not issued after 30 days or on custom-software add-ons. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do I own the workflows after install?

Yes. The snapshot lives in your GHL sub-account. If you stop using us, the workflows stay with you. There is no lock-in.

Will this work for a single-location restaurant?

Yes — and the Lite tier at $997 is designed specifically for single-unit operators. The Full tier ($997) adds loyalty, win-back, gift cards, online-ordering sync, and VIP table flow.

Can you customize beyond the standard snapshot?

Yes. The full price includes 10 hours of customization. Beyond that, our GHL Development team builds custom workflows, AI integrations, and POS connectors at a flat hourly rate.

What POS systems do you integrate with?

Toast, Square, Clover, and Lightspeed via documented webhooks. Other POS systems can be integrated through GHL's native Zapier connector or a custom build — we audit what you have on the demo call.

Do you support alcohol-related promo SMS?

Cautiously. Alcohol promotion via SMS varies by state. The snapshot ships with a state-aware compliance toggle, and our TCPA guide walks through what your state allows. When in doubt, we err on the side of caution.

Will the birthday club really fill slow Tuesdays?

In our installs we typically see Tuesday cover counts climb noticeably within 4–6 weeks of turning the birthday club on, especially when paired with a party-size minimum of 2+ for the free-dessert offer. Results vary by market and existing diner list size.

Can I import my existing diner list?

Yes. The Full Snapshot includes a guided CSV import for your existing diner database, with automatic deduplication, tag mapping, and a "verify before sending" guard before any SMS or email blast hits.

How does the no-show recovery actually reclaim a table?

When a no-show is flagged at the host stand (or auto-flagged after a deposit-hold window), the workflow fires a 12-minute SMS retry, then re-offers the slot to the waitlist. If no recovery, the deposit is charged per your policy. Most operators reclaim 60–80% of would-be no-shows.

What if a workflow doesn't work for my restaurant?

We tune it — the install includes 10 hours of customization. If a specific automation genuinely doesn't fit, we replace it with one that does. The 30-day guarantee covers the whole snapshot.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?

A2P 10DLC is the carrier registration required to send SMS messages from business numbers in the United States. Without it, your texts get filtered as spam. We file it for free on your behalf — others charge $150 extra.
